Our manufacturing process essentially comprises high-precision coiled metal strips. We are able to supply coils on plastic, cardboard and steel supports, in the diameters required for the customer's equipment.
From coils, we can also produce flat strips. This format enables us to check for any surface defects, and carry out absolute flatness checking. This service is aimed at customers not equipped with uncoilers: in particular for thick, soft products which retain their coiled shape after storage.
We cut blank plates/trays from coils, for the customer to machine parts, or for making watch dials. This service reduces storage space required, cuts down the waste generated by the initial cutting by the customer, and avoids the need to purchase uncoiling equipment.
Thanks to our know-how in straightening before cutting, this format enables better flatness control of the blanks, according to the thicknesses, alloys and material conditions.
This product, cut from the coil strip, is dedicated to circular blades for cutting glass bars, used for manufacturing watch crystals, for example. The discs can also be ordered for any other types of application.
